This is a very short 11 pg novella that describes the intimacies initiated by Elizabeth on the carriage ride from Meryton, after the wedding breakfast, to their London residence. The writing was well done and the content was enticing, but it was too short. Why even publish something so short. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing this, only read it if you have KU and can read for free.Product details

Sweet and sexy. A quick short story to read before bed.
It is a truth universally acknowledged that every lady, whether young, old, or in-between, who has read Pride & Prejudice or seen one of the film adaptations, has Darcy fantasies. Margaret Gale's brief fantasy should have been on an Austen-author fiction site, or included in a book of short stories, or as a chapter in a longer tale. By itself there's not much substance. The story is told from a rather creative point of view -- and is also rather naughty. So if you like that sort of thing, it's worth reading.
This is quite short. It just describes fully clothed sexual foreplay initiated by ELizabeth with Darcy in the carriage immediately following their wedding and wedding breakfast, then getting as quickly to their chambers as possible once they arrive at Darcy House. There's nothing that makes this a Pride and Prejudice story except the character names. Could have been any newly-married Recency couple riding in a carriage. The writing itself is okay. Glad I read it through Unlimited - I would not have been happy to pay for this.
I'm not really sure what this author was trying to accomplish with this read. The key to being a successful writer IMO is to gain a readers interest. This book is written without mistakes but is nothing that will stand out. This book is predictable in that there is any number of of P&P varaiations out there with passion written in the pages. Linda Berdoll, Ola Wegener, Abigail Reynolds are a few off the top of head and whats more you get a complete story with their books. The fact that this book is 11 pages and .99 is such a disappointment and had it not been Unlimited would have never been read by me. It is not erotic which is what is usual in a short read. I would not recommend this to anyone.
I thought this was a fun story. You know Darcy would feel this way so it was also sweet to see Elizabeth feel as amorous.
